CASE STUDY

The event was organized in the beginning of September 2011. The group was split between three hotels: Azia Resort, Coral Beach Hotel and Thalassa Hotel in Paphos.
The main conference was held at Coral Beach Hotel, where a grand makeover of the Akamas and Akamas Foyer took place. Following the main concept of the event, the whole Akamas Foyer was covered with green carpet and the branded information desks were set as well.
Even more drastic changes happened to Akamas Conference Room. The seats were installed and covered with various colors of the carpet in order to arrange the seating plan according to the regions."

Entertainment program was also rich and amazing. One night we organized a beach party on the grounds of Coral Beach Hotel. And the night before the departure a grand gala dinner was held next to the Medieval Castle of Paphos. Upon arrival the guests were greeted with welcome drinks and a show performed by various artists: drummers, bouzouki players and sirtaki dancers.
After the show the guests were escorted to their tables where they enjoyed delicious 3-course set menu from our 5* professional catering company. During the dinner the group were enjoying the performance by famous Russian pop band and the magnificent fireworks in the end of the night."
