CASE STUDY

Nestle Purina event for 300 guests was organized in Limassol in May 2016. The slogan ‘Let’s create future today’ was the essence of the event concept. The group was staying at St. Raphael Hotel and the program of their stay was very active and would not bore anyone.
Each day was dedicated to the conference and meetings. Second day highlight was the speech by a famous sports coach Tatiana Tarasova, who trained many Russian Olympic champions.
Apart from the conference, the guests were treated with unique entertainment – Welcome dinner on the grounds of the hotel with cocktail party and the performance by a famous Russian cover band; Teambuilding activity, which was Interactive drumming, where all 300 guests tried their skills in drumming.

The whole group was split into several teams and each one of them had to play specific kind of percussion instruments and the beat. In the end the whole group was playing together one melody, which they also performed at the White Party at Lighthouse restaurant. There the guests enjoyed their buffet dinner and the drumming show.
Our main concern was to prepare everything on time, as the program was full of events, and even some unplanned matters, which we had to solve within a few minutes. Nevertheless, the event turned to be very successful, without any significant unsolved problems.
