CASE STUDY

This 5-day project had everything! We kick-started the programme with a 200 PAX all-day conference at the high-end conference facilities of the Parklane, A Luxury Collection Resort and Spa. The Diamond Ball room and the 6 break-out rooms were in full capacity for the whole period this project was active. 

 

Special arrangements were made for a photo-shoot of the delegates as well as the creation and serving of tailor made coffee-break delicacies and drinks. Most importantly, the conference stage structure was designed, created and assembled by the team of HWE to create a unique and brand-dominated conference environment!

The programme was not only business but it included a lot of pleasure elements as well! With the traditional masterclasses in the wine making villages of Cyprus, our guests were introduced to the local delicacies of the island! A traditional Cyprus night followed, which included lots of local wine and dancing! On day 3 our guests rocked the city of Limassol with a great party in one of the most popular club venues in the city – exclusively booked for them!

 

Closing the programme in style, our team organised the fare-well Gala Dinner in the Carob Mill event space in Limassol. Every single element in this function – from F&B to branding installations - was tailor-made by HWE for our guests.
