CASE STUDY

The Mars event for 450 pax was organized in May 2012. The group was staying at Coral Beach Hotel & Resort in Paphos.
The concept of the event was ‘Sales, Mars and Rock’n’Roll’, therefore the branding of the venues was inspired by music. The whole hotel was specially branded for the event. Special cases for music equipment were used as information desks on the arrival day.
The event combined various meetings together with sports activities and excursions for the whole group of 450 pax.

The highlights of the event were the party ‘Rock Festival’ at Limanaki Amphitheatre at the hotel and the gala dinner on the grounds of the Medieval castle of Paphos. The walls of the castle turned into ‘screens’ and the videos were projected on them, enhanced with special lighting effects. The greatest part of the gala dinner was the custom made construction of the stage in the shape of guitar.
The event was considered to be one of the most difficult ones in terms of setup and AV, yet it turned to be very successful and memorable.
