Highlights

The annual conference of the largest car-rental organisation in Europe. A two-day programme that focused in offering the modern aspect of Cyprus to its delegates – without neglecting the authentic and traditional!

This project had two major challenges. The first one was the complicated logistics with regards to arrivals and departures of the delegates. Our guests arrived from all over the world -we even had guest coming from South Africa!-, and HWE had to make sure that their Cyprus experience would start perfectly and without problems. And that we did!

The second challenge was that we had to present the best of Cyprus within a two-day programme. Starting from the modern and cosmopolitan environment of Limassol, our guests enjoyed dinner, drinks and a great stroll by the Limassol sea-front.

The peak of the event, was organised in the village of our founder - Vouni! Hosting guests in our very own village was an extraordinary experience for both the guests and the organisers!
