CASE STUDY

Throughout the 4-day program, our guests experienced the best Cyprus has to offer while enjoying the Astellas Regional Conference! On the first day, our guests had the chance to experience the true Mediterranean taste of Cyprus, with a traditional fish-meze dinner at the picturesque Paphos fishing harbor. On  the other two dinning occasions, our guests got savored the modern side of the island by visiting the city of Limassol!

 

Limassol is the place to be in Cyprus at the moment, with a thriving culinary and cultural scene in place. At theBreeze at Limassol Marina, our guests were literally dining while floating in the sea. The fusion and modern culinary adventures at the Limassol Marina were followed the next night by the modern island culinary suggestions of the amazing Columbia Beach Restaurant. Dining under the full moon in one of the newest and hottest venues on the island is always a unique experience.

The highlight of the project were the traditional masterclasses at the Grand Winery, Oinou Yis, at the Omodos Village. The brand new grand winery hosted a series of masterclasses for our guests, who had the chance to make their own Halloumi cheese, traditional Palouze and Shioushouko as well as their very own Worry Beads (Begleri) to take with them back home (always in the colors of the Astellas brand).
