New Hotels & Marinas Are Coming Soon On Stage In Cyprus

By 2024, new super luxurious 5-star hotels in the Limassol and Ayia Napa (Famagusta) districts, will pave the way for an 18% rise in the number of available beds throughout Cyprus. 

1. The construction of the Chrysomare Beach Hotel & Resort in Ayia Napa will add 640 beds before the end of 2020.
The stylish modern hotel will be located on the famous Nissi Bay, with a blue flagged golden sands.  Currently, the hotel is under construction and will enjoy extensive well cared landscaped gardens of 54,000 square metres and will feature 300 metres of beach.  It will offer 294 contemporary luxury rooms, consisting of superior standard rooms, family rooms, a choice of suites, rooms connected to the pool and suites with their own pool. It will also have two restaurants with a buffet, three other restaurants with Italian, Greek, Asian, and Mexican cuisine, five bars, a pool with waterslides, a spa, a gym and conference space.

The Sun City Resort & Residences in Ayia Napa will add 460 beds and is expected to be ready before the end of the year 2021. 
It is a project that will be the first tourist development in the area, featuring housing and a five-star resort.  The construction is expected to finish at the end of the year 2020.

  The construction of the City of Dreams Mediterranean casino in Limassol, is the Cyprus’ first integrated casino resort, the only one of its kind in Europe, which is expected to open its doors in 2021. A world class development, a landmark for Cyprus but also for the wider region, the casino resort will enrich Cyprus’ tourism product. 
This unique project will feature a 16-story hotel tower with 500 five-star guestrooms and Suites, luxury villas, eleven restaurants, four large outdoor pools (river woods, surf pool), a wellness centre, a sports centre, an outdoor amphitheatre, mall areas with retail shops and extended green areas. The casino-resort will also have a conference centre of 9.600 square metres, in which there will be exhibition halls and various breakout rooms. This large project will be an attraction for the conference tourism in Cyprus and it is expected to increase the tourists by extra 300 thousand.

Hotel Indigo Cyprus, a boutique Hotel​ near the famous Palm Tree Promenade called ‘’Finikoudes’’, with 40 deluxe city view rooms and 80 beds. 
Conveniently located in the historical Larnaca City Centre, district of Larnaca, this charismatic hotel sees a pair of old houses gracefully combined  together with a contemporary 4-storey building offering a captivating blend of old and new, featuring a rooftop pool with magnificent Mediterranean Sea views. It is located close to St Lazarus Church and Larnaca's Medieval Castle.

In addition to luxury hotels, New Marinas are some of the touristic developments that are aiming to attract high-end tourism and, as a result, upgrade the touristic product of the island.

The new marinas to be developed in Cyprus, are expected to greatly increase the island’s nautical tourism capacity, while doubling the number of available berths.

Ayia Napa Marina will greatly contribute to developing maritime tourism in Cyprus while boosting blue growth, one of the main development pillars of the European Union.

The commercial zone is expected to be completed by the end of the year and housing development will be completed by the end of 2022, while construction works on the housing facilities are expected to be completed sometime towards the end of 2023.

The Marina project will offer 220 luxury apartments in two towers, 35 luxury villas, a marina with significant mooring capacity and world-class facilities for 600 yachts, a shipyard, and a series of select shops and restaurants offering services and amenities for those living in, and visiting, the marina. 

It will also accommodate large vessels such as cruise ships.
